To better manage RO/Jobs, you can setup ZPlan to display indicator icons next to jobs or move jobs to specific folders based on the job status from the DMS.
Check the boxes to display the icons corresponding to the specific status.

When a Job has this DMS Job Status, move it to the following folder:
